Well, that's reasonable enough. They are taking way too long for the P800 to be released, hopefully it will be released this year (By this month) as promised, not next year.

They brought the t68i out early before it was finnished (T68m was obviously a Sony & Ericsson joint venture) then gave us the finnished software later ( the "i" upgrade) so why could`nt they have done the same with the p800. ...ps. please people who think that the t68m was an ericsson only product don`t bother trying to convince me otherwise it`s your own little problem not mine.

It's irrelevant what the "date of manufacture" is as the phone hasn't been in use for that time. As sprinkles noted, it's been sitting on a shelf. Don't insult my intelligence by insinuating that I was stating that hardware components sitting on a shelf degrade.
btw, it's not a theory, it's working practice. I have a good friend who designs screens for Sony-Ericsson and he designs them with that kind of life span.
