My cousin lives in Birmingham and he was offered a flat in Erdington area. It was awful. It was exposed right by a park and he made me laugh cos he said the area was like Silent Hill LOL

the flat I got offered was in Wordsley opposite a park also
the housng officer even advised me it wasn't good enuff for me
is it true if you turn down a property they deduct points from you :?
I really hope I can get somewhere for xmas im making myself ill stopping out all night I can't tolerate this woman shes a idol cow,
up at dawn watching tv till 1am each night what the hell is all that about?
she's bust up more tv's than anything and has now took the tv I was ment to be having in my flat from my pal
just need my own pad I know I can get a loan to get set-up btw

We gave up and decided to rent privately.Paying £425 for a 2 bedroom end tericed in a quiet area.Quite cheap compared to other's in the area which are in worse condition than ours (between £500-£800 pm).We got told by the council that if we have nowhere to live they will only put my daughter and girlfriend in a hostle.If we purposely made ourselves homeless then we wouldn't get anything and told to stop paying bills,sell car, not pay for Rebecca's medical expensies etc to free up money to pay for rent.

My friend has suggested that I locate some Housing Associations and give them a try..
until ive got 100 points with my council all there gonna offer me is crappy bedsit flats (No thanks)
imagine having to live and sleep in one room

Well it was worth waiting up cos ive bid on another flat 1 Bedroom converted house place bottom floor lol its over the road from the bedsit I had a look at well atleast its not by that park
I hope I get a chance with this im the 1st bidder thats gotta show council sumat atleast keep ur fingers crossed for me guys!
