Not qualified in this sort of area, but think it's total nonsense. Mulitple parallel universes, really!
As for time travelling, not possibe imo. Another topic on this would be good though.

Other universes exist, i have no doubt. But, i don't think you can move between them, they are totally seperate from each other. And each have its own set of laws of physics, ie. not all of them have "time" as we know it..
But, then again, each universe may have an infinite number of "layers", or dimensions, which can be travelled to and explored?

I too think other universes exist with life or life forms on them. I don't see how anyone can argue there is no other life but on earth when there is an infinite number of other universes out there.

Google this: BBC Horizon 2002 - Parallel Universe
That's a nice documentary made by BBC which explain this thing very well.
I recommend to download and watch it.

Time travel is a reality, each of us travels through time every moment as we progress into the future.
Of course you are probably referring to non-linear time travel in the sense of travelling back in time or far into the future. In theory such time travel is possible.
Time travel to the past is theoretically possible, but we do not have the capability to put such theories into practice. For example, travelling faster than the speed of light is one theoretical possibility, but would require infinite energy to accelerate an object with mass to such a speed. Another possibility would be to use a traversable wormhole, but we don't have the means to construct one.
Time travel into the future is possible through time dilation as outlined by Cycovision earlier in this thread. Time dilation could also be achieved by being inside a hollow high mass non-spherical object. A 5 m funnel with the mass of Jupiter would produce a dilation of 4 seconds, so that someone inside the funnel would experience time four times slower than observers. Needless to say creating such an object is beyond our current capabilities.
