Dunno, whom you're giving advice here, but the TS specifically mentioned that he wanted Bleutooth.

I've actually had to use a 1110 (successor of the 1100) and I can tell you that the image is
not clearer than say a 176x220 TFT screen. I doubt it is clearer than the 128x160 TFT screens either.
Whilst I'm normally pro-monochrome, the 1110 series seem to have gone backwards in usability. The screens are too reflective, and for some reason the display is really unclear in direct sunlight.
Although, the best monochrome screens were in the old days, back in the era of the 3310 etc. But I think it's untrue that all monochrome screens are better than colour screens, cos that's simply not the case.
And QVGA, you did suggest the 1600 which has a low quality 4k 96x68px screen.

deathmanager: Please try to check SE W200. I think it has what you need and its as basic as it can get. Plus you get a Walkman phone!
Fone theft is indeed everywhere. Just two days ago, my 12-year old daughter's fone was taken from her bag while she was only at least 6 feet away from it! It's only a matter of seconds that such theft could occur... My daughter went home weeping

I'm planning to get her the W200i this coming Christmas as a gift...
Some personal tips which I think could help us all (especially here in the Philippines): If you can avoid it, don't use your fone in "suspect" public like sending SMS, etc. Suspect areas are usually the wet market as well as (lately) high traffic areas in malls, and check your fone where you usually keep it (pockets, bags, etc.) from time to time (be paranoid

).
It doesn't matter whether the fone is cheap or expensive, the point is you bought it and you simply don't treat it as a "give-away" to some thugs or thief...
