Well, the biggest drawcard (apart from the camera) is a very good media player.

It's not just - it includes a great new way to view pictures (with a nice slideshow), videos, and music with album art. All within a nice media 'centre' with pretty nice eye candy.

It's really like having a and Cyber-shot in one. phones only offer ShakeMe and SenseMe in comparison.

Actually All JP-8 based phones have music player 3.0 + Megabass and the XMB media manager

Apart from camera K850i also offers lots of problems, no body mentioned that.

ALOT? Maybe it depends on the region or the batches of the phone? I find the 'alot' comment exaggerated.

The only problems ive encountered so far are the lag (some themes) and it being as a fingerprint magnet especially with my oily fingers.

And all phones these days have some or 'alot' of problems as you said. But it is humanity not to bring minor problems into a fuss unless it is a big issue.

Will you regard the flash fault in a flagship camera phone as a minor or major F.U.

Yeah, the music player is definately a big improvement.
Also in the past, flash lite themes are only limited to Walkman phones. Now, you can take advantage of this nice feature to customize the menus of your phone.

If there weren't as many bugs as we read from different forums or phone review sites, this is actually a killer phone.

I hated the joystick on my W800i and vowed never to get another joystick phone (I think I'm alone on this). So even though the K800i and K810i seemed very attractive, I had to pass because both had joysticks. Well, bottom line is that I love the keypad, d-pad, and 3 touch screen soft buttons on the K850i but I know I'm def. the minority opinion on this. So combine what I said about the input hardware with long battery life, candy bar shape (hate all the other shapes), useful LED light, and what the others said about the camera, et al and you have (for me) a near perfect phone.

I haven't really had any major bugs on mine other than battery only charging to 98% (never hits 100%) and the X-Pict slide show application pixelating the images. Oh my speaker wire got disconnected but I think that's a one off sorta deal.

All in all I'm very happy with my K850i. Go get one!
