you didn't mention the battery!
just look at the battery and you will see that SE has a BIG advantage.
Nokia N82:
Battery Standard battery, Li-Ion 1050 mAh (BP-6MT)
Stand-by Up to 225 h
Talk time Up to 4 h 20 min
Sony Ericsson K850:
Battery Standard battery, Li-Po 930 mAh (BST-38)
Stand-by Up to 400 h
Talk time Up to 9 h
So, i'd rather have K850i, than N82.
not just beacuse of the battery, but to me looks nicer, i think it has a better camera...

I never go by those stats, have a look at the T610 battery stats, talktime 16 hours
it was good but I never got 16 hours.

ever since
got a beating on their anemic k700 battery, they improved already.
phones starting with k750 and on wards have good, or should i say great batteries

I agree, I still find SE, the best mobile phone company, I mean they brought us K750i, so we know they can do great things. But I have to say that this time I'm considering N82, and my last Nokia phone was 3100.
