Right, this isn't my problem of course and I'm sure that Laffen is looking into it. But this is related to my line of work as many of you know so it has intrigued me a little and I love trying to solve computer problems so I can't help sticking my nose in!
Just to be absolutely sure, can you all try adding
http://esato.com to your browser's trusted sites? Just as a test. From what I've read, it could easily be a server-side PHP / MySQL problem so don't be surprised if it makes no difference whatsoever.
I'm just dying to find out what's causing it! Apparantly, some PHP / MySQL systems that share user login information do not always work very well together so if we can totally eliminate the cookie theory, that would be a big help.
As I said, I'm sure Laffen will sort this soon and he certainly doesn't need my input at all but if you wouldn't mind trying it anyway in the meantime, you'd certainly be helping me

@QVGA
Yeah, forgot to mention that it only applies to IE but I think (I'm not sure) that firefox uses IE's trusted zones when running on windows. I'll test it out later

You can give it a try now. I have done some changes, but are not sure if they will affect you. I have never had any trouble signing in. I am checking in IE, Firefox, Opera and Safari. No problem at all for me, and that makes it difficult to debug.
