ohh, if it is like when caling telia in uppsala there is like a awnser machine that say in swedish like: "if you like support, press 1, do you whant to talk to a seller, press 2" and affcourse if you whant ask about p800 you press 2.
i have never called telia in helsingborg, but i think it is the same sort of message!

Today I called a shop in Halmstad (North of Helsingborg) there was an answering machine and I just gave my name and phone number and he contacted me when they was not busy. So IF they are busy they´ll not answer so just continue. Btw I was playing with the P800 today for an hour and really liked it a lot but did not bye it (but it was hard) and prefer to wait a couple of weeks to get it 10-15 % cheaper. Seems to be impossible to email direct to a Telia shop.

Kurt Ovi told me, that due to circumstances at the post office (christmas mail possibly) the package from SE did not make it to them yesterday (the hole system crashed!), but it should be at the post office, so I assume, that they get it today.
In any case, I will be contacting them at noon, if I have not heard anything by then!
