you need to download seetol2lt and indentify youre firmware...close youre phone first, then open seetol2lt and hit the "INDENTIFY" button...after just hold the "C" button on phone and plug in the phone and wait...after it seetol2lt identify`s youre phone search for youre firmwares version on the open window log of seetol2lt, under the phones model search for this "Welcome to SEtool2 ( LITE edition ) v 1.11
