Look, your the only person I've ever heard of who's got this problem. Have you tried a new sim card? Other peoples sim cards? Tried not downloading such a massive file from your phone? you've got a PC, use that lol.

No mate not only me. My experience of o2 customer care is that if there computer says so thats final no arguing with them. Ive been told for the last 7 year that pop3 isnt available on payandgo when it clearly is

Umm, thats not proof that it's not only you.
Listen, if they can't find why, do you REALLY think it's worth their time and money, and the risk of losing a customer, by INTENTIONALLY withholding the reason from you? If they don't know, THEY DON'T KNOW. Clear enough?

but don't know is a get out clause for something normally.....
granted there are certain things us as humans don't know.. such as the start of the universe, what's outside the universe, but a man made network should have no variables in it that somebody doesn't know about, is what Greggy is trying to say i think.

greggy what internet email account are you trying to set up on your mobile phone that you need the pop3 settings? because you really are starting to confuse all of us with "your problem" with o2. i say "your problem" due to the fact that, i have not came across any o2 customer that is having a so called "downloading error after 10 mins issue" so what seems to be the fault? is it a downloading fault or is it a pop3 fault?

Thats strange,
ask for another sim card and see if that helps,
I think they'll charge you £10 for it
btw 02 don't have any "Parental Control" block do they?
I didn't know Vodafone had this till they said they'd de-activate it for me!

Fine, if their causing you THAT much bother, and all your going to do is complain about them, what the hell are you still doing with them? Go on, move to someone else, I don't think their really going to miss you all that much.
And replacement sims are ALL free now, we never charge for them.
And yes, we do have an 18-plus block which you can remove for free.

lol for your T68?
you haven't messed with your firmware have you?
and it is a 02 phone?!
if thats what there asking you what did you say to them?
if there not giving you a good response maybe you should ask instore,
they may even get everything sorted in there for you!
Ive a Question about VAT with Vodafone,
is this included in your bill or after your bill?
ive noticed my bill being £17.88 then they added £3.66 onto it,
I would of thought VAT was included
or is this because my line rentals £12.50 for 1st 3 months anyone know?
there billing system is above me it's complicated, I can't get up the total amount of Data ive used or text messages, all it comes up is with numbers and how many messages ive sent lol
02's billing method was plain and simple lmao!
