Bear in mind your on 12 months.
All retailers and networks hate 12 month customers.
And check that deal with Phones 4 U, it's very much most likely via cheque back and on an 18 month contract. Both things they'll 'neglect' to tell you in store until its too late. Like I said, your funeral.

Nothing in this life is free, and if you go on a 12 month contract and pay £30 a month, thats a £10 a month saving over what you' pay in the highstreet.
The Viewty still carrys a hefty price tag despite how rubbish it is, so you'll always pay through the nose. I'd rather pay a little more to get it direct from O2 than even go near the dungeon that is Phonies 4U.

I see, but what I am saying though is If i say im switching to phones 4 u as they have a better offer, then might match that offer to keep me with them?

Possibly, just keep calling them, it won't hurt.

Not bad at all, Vodafone retentions offered me 500 mins 100 texts and 120MB of data for £37.52/month, I think the reason they offered me such a good deal is due to the fact I had been with them for over ten years!
Needless to say I am awaiting my PAC and I am shopping around!
