Thanks veryone but i seem to be favouring towards the n95 8GB. Would users of it recommend it and why?

You should go and have a play with one at a phoneshop,
it suits me fine and does everything i need it to but, you may not need all the features it has, it's a expensive phone and there are other alternatives available that are cheaper.

my word of advice is to try before you make up your mind yeah

Can't see the fuss over the T650i I ordered one sim-free and wasn't too impressed by the build quality so sent it back..maybe I'm too fussy, maybe if it drops to £130 area?

CPW price £169 relates to a clearence item, (used repaired or demo'd stock), the true CPW sim-free price is £269, or from £199 PAYG.
