It seems like a file extension problem. The text we see in Quickword will probably look correct if it could be opened with the Notes application. However, it may also be a problem with the format as Nokia receives the file as a jot file but can't open it. In short it needs a rework, just like most UIQ3 stuff.
BTW, another thing I had noticed earlier, sending multiple contacts over bluetooth works fine both ways between the K750 and the P990, including contact pictures. However, sending to a Nokia phone, it's only possible to send one contact at a time.

Something that struck me earlier was that Nokia seem to be playing it safe by sending/receiving as plain text files, this falls down when it's sent a vnt file. Kind of says it all about the state of the industry, when they can't even get something as basic as this right. I guess we have to be thankful that we can talk to each other with different handsets

ok i still hace concerns about this, is there any application that works as a note editor that will allow me to send, edit, recieve notes over bluetooth just the way that the symbian apllication does it?

There is an app. called BEST NOTES, but I can't tell you anything more as I didn't use it. I use Notes mainly as an SMS Templates stand-in ... OT Am I the only one who is missing SMS Templatesᅠhere ? I don't remember seeing anybody complaining about it ... :-)
