I just got pointed to the post... apparently he had another alias... how come no one has left negative feedback for him? I will hold off on the negative until a week.
But I will definately not take this lightly, a police report will be filed if I don't get what rightfully belongs to me
I saw he has feedback from people like PeterKay and other respected members on this forum, so I figured it would be ok

@ RLP06.. you say you paid this Wednesday, yet he "posted" is last Thursday? did you pay on the 28/05/2008 and he "posted" on the 29/05/2008? or do we mean the week before? IE, the 14th and 15th May?

I made a post in the "looking for" forum for a K850i, he msgd me in PM and told me to look at this thread. Hsaid it was sold in this thread, because it was sold, but I asked him and he said he still had it because the buyer backed out. I sent payment on the 28th of May, but like I said, he said he would ship it out 29th of May at latest by RMSD and then give me a tracking number. He has not communicated since I deposited the money
I trusted the 10+ feedback he had from respected members, and thus, went to the Royal Bank and deposited 110 pounds into his account (I even have the slip to prove it) and he even left me feedback saying I had paid, but never replied to any of my pm's.
Another user has just pm'd me saying fatevdestiny was late on sending his phone out, but he did get it in the end... I'm hoping thats the case... because I really don't want to go through the trouble... I guess for now I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, and if the phone isn't in my possession by next weekend, I will take this further.
