A small movement is not too much problem if you use Photomatix as there are filters to align the source images and to reduce ghosting due to movement/moving objects.
With using the HDR Java app I always sit the phone on something and have given the application permission to take photos with it only prompting me once each set of exposures. You could always use the self timer...? I try as much as possible to do so when taking night exposures with longer shutter speeds, so it could work for you too.
Why is there not a tripod for our phones??????? lol

Yes
I bought 10 x Dynamic Photo HDR = $25.00/1Unit
Then i sold 9 Units

1 Unit - $40
9x$40 = $360
10x$25 = $250

$110 for me ;D

How do you all keep your phone so still between changing exposures? Everytime i try to do it i always move the camera.
I have 3 different pictures... Nobody can stay so still to take three or more same pictures ;P
But in DPHDR is great function "Pin Warping"!! Try to use this

This image is deliberately flawed in terms of noise and texture, but it suits the subject matter as it is a working guitar, not a showpiece, complete with yellowing components, cracks in the finish, dents and grime all over the neck. I think it gives the impression of being an aged photo (I reduced the image saturation to aid this)
