Btw if your under 18-19, don't bother dieting yet, wait till you stop growing, you shouldn't worry about dieting at 14, keep active and fit by all means, but eat when you want to

Lol, trust me, i wont!
I love food
But i need to start doing more exersize, i bike about 3 miles every day to and back from school (1.5miles each way), occationaly go skiing or snowboarding and go Rock Climbing every thursday, and thats about it!
im too lazy to do much more
