I've dealt with makavelli91 and am one of the people waiting to complete the deal - but to be honest I did recieve the first part of our trade quickly, a 16gb ipod touch and it was exactly as described.
I was as unsure about the status of our deal as anyone else here, but as I have been in a similar situation a few years ago I can appreciate anyone can fall on hardship very quickly as Leeboy said.
It's all about communication - you should keep in touch with all parties and let them know what's happening, then no one needs to get worried or upset.

i have done, and agree with youre statement matey, but i was promised a new one in the first place.... how did i get a brocken DS-lite - no box or leads etc?!?!? i was then told id get my new ds on wednesday......
i just want a refund...... and my phone..... and believe me mate, the person at that adress will meet me...... i couldnt care who they are....

you have two choices:
you can come up and kick off and blow the situation out of proportion and go home with no money, itl be a wasted trip
or you can wait till i can send you a new ds, which will be asap
im sure we can all work this out without having to go down routes that will not end well for any parties involved,
