and it can't extract all file, just some of folders, no file in them.

after reinstaling my system, it works
the ifs folder not empty. but there's one folder with name "åSB" it's empty. i didn't know about this folder.

Yes that is just a bug, best to ignore it and delete the folder, no harm done
