Yes mate. Each time i've sent my phones there the service has been fine and repairs have been completed as i've stated in the enclosed letters and within their turnaround time of 14 days or less. It only takes longer if certain parts are out of stock and have to be ordered.

Only times my phone's go into a service center is when i can't do the repair myself which is not a lot of things.

I took the phone into o2 on the saturday between xmas new year and got a txt back to say it was ready for collection on the following friday, so less than 1 week.

The original problem seems to have been cured but the phone froze today when activating bluetooth, camera button also now seems a bit hit and miss on working, mmmmm.

sorry to hear whats going on Larry. Have you tried re-installing the software from s.e website? A quick update with my situation, no phone yet from s.e however they were still back onto insisting that they have to replace my facia and lcd screen even though nothing is wrong with the lcd screen, before they can fix the software, all at a charge of £50 to me. I got this escalated again, spoke to a nice team manager in s.e today told him everything and he has arranged for a replacement like for like k850i generic replacement to be sent out to me. No o2 branding or anything. So fingers crossed and if all goes well should get handset 2moro or thursday.

Have sent 3 phones there (P900, S700 and a K810) all came back in less than 14 days with all the problems fixed and phones working as they should have been. The P900 and K810 were bought from CPW and they didn't want to know so I contacted about the problems and was advised to contact K&N.

All my T650's (Blue, Black, Pink/Gold) are working fine and are 100% reliable. No chance I'll be buying another crap/awful A200 platform handset until its at least 98% reliable and I've had all the A200 platform phones available to date with the exception of the T700.
