Did you installed ggsetup file which is included with a2uploader? Keep the C button pressed untill your FS is opened. At first time, you might get virus alert but it is false one. There is no virus.
Before connecting your phone, reinsert the battery.

@NoelBonel: when you download the a2uploader tool you will have 2 files:
- a2uploader
- ggsetup-2.2.0.x
First of all you should install the ggsetup-2.2.0.x. Then you should run the a2uploader. The phone must be turned off during all this process.
What phone do you have?
