Apple doesnt cater to only the iphone. The main reason why the iphone sold was due to the avaibiliy of amultitude of apps and the app store.

now its Nokia's turn. App store that resembles apples app store, new services, blah blah.

se dude is that the best explanaition? LMAO! Ovi was always around, both it, Ngage etc. . .came at the Go Play event, these things were what NOKIA had already planned, my old N80, BEFORE the iPhone had things like a little app store, Nokia Beta Labs and even Mosh was around, so what exactly do you mean copy Apple? NOKIA had the services and ideas there, they just simply pushed for everything to happen quicker since the iPhone was getting all the hype, and now look even SE are "copying" what did you say again? Oh ye, look at your den before shitting on others.

OMNIA HD is a multimedia monster, respect to Samsung for giving us true innovation and great hardware in S60, id like to play on one BUT PERSONALY a device like N86 suits me, im not exactly into the whole ONLY touchscreen thing, even the N97 puts me off a bit.

Yea yea, the ideas were there but Nokia let Apple implement it. Ovi was just announced in december, whatever they had earlier were only visible to fanboys like you.

So then they actualy didnt copy yes everything else was THERE, and still is, back then NOKIA just put things in and didnt explain much, the Download app was updated with new apps once in a while for whoever bothered to look, but NOKIA have learned from Apple it seems, and the clueless claim that NOKIA copied.

Ovi was on my N81 in December 2007, ive had an account for over 8months now, and even the N95-8GB had it in late Nov07, so did N82, those are the Nseries that brought it in.

The look is starting to grow on me, but I still don't understand the point of putting the tilted "N97" menu key on the N86. I also want to see the performance of the flash.

^^What happened to the X1?? And talk about your Nokia. Xperia released on time. It said Q4 and was shipping on the 30th of sept.

X1 was released on time and boy what a massive failure it is! One phone SE finally manage to release thats good and no one is prepared to buy it.
Oh and N97 isnt nokia's make or break phone, so its release isnt as important. SE releases like 1 good phone per year.
