You have custpack yes?

Extract the archive then connect your phone to XS++ and use the FSX button. Wait for a while and when directory tree appears navigate to tpa/preset/custom and drag ALL contents of your extracted custpack there.

You have uploaded to the wrong dir! navigate in dir tree to tpa/preset/custom.
