It looks great, in real life too. But in every other aspect i see no use in it, unfortunatly. For 60 euro's it'll be nice, but I think it will be more expensive anyway.

This looks too SE to be a sagem. I dunno why people would say its a SE made by Sagem . Thats like saying you got a Nokia made by accatel.

The F305, W395, W302 and S302 are all Sagem phones. They look like SE phones and are SE phones but they are made by Sagem. Why do we complain about it? Because Sagem gives them a terrible user interface which looks like SE's one, but it has major usability issues and lacks features SE phones have had for years. Those two pictures you showed are no proof that they are not Sagem. Please do your research first!
To prove it, here's the S302 made by Sagem:
