I've owned a couple of samsungs (sliders) & the build quality was excellent. Am hearing a few initial concerns over the battery cover on this one though

when there's obviously nothing better on the w995, people go to the "omg build quality", what's with that? is it made from some alien intergalactic space ship or what ?!? it's just plastic and those buttons don't look unpealable. i have some scratched buttons on my k810 and i don't use them more than the usual, like playing games.
if you want a perfect replica (except for the pointless 8mpx camera that sucks big time) and 1 or two buttons more get the w715, or g705 or any other walkman phone in the past 2 years, they're the same

Here we go again. . . Then plankgatan will fill the pages with useless pics trying to convince himself that the SE is better and push his needs on others and this will just become another war thread lol.

Everyone has their own opinion, so as you, so as Plankgatan. Give your opinion about this subject instead.

Has anyone given Samsung 8910 a spin yet ?

Il give my opinion when IVE ACTUALY USED them, you may never know, the spec sheet cant always be the decider ESPECIALY with Samsung, that OmniaHD doesnt deserve that "HD" at the end though, its audio recording in vids is in the stone age AMR format.

i think we can wait till those phones get released, we cant compare phones without being released. and the best part is that any of us have had at least one of them.

@SLY21: need more replies?

this topic is just rediculous!

there is no 'better' phone.

Of course the Omnia HD has a longer spec sheet, but I dont see how it makes it the better handset.

After all, every one has different requirements.

End of!!!

he he... so you mean you have NEVER open your mouth about a cellphone WITHOUT TEST IT !
you must be the first person alive who manage that

anyway.... multiple reviews tells quite much about a cellphone. buildquality, sound, benchmark tests, etc, and of course picture-quality (who possible gets slightly improved by newer fw, but still you get a BIG clue how it performs)
