Yes i am using BT. I use my T68 as a remote control to control media player when watching movies from my computer on my TV. I also have a Camcorder with BT that i can send pics/vids from cam->T68 and then e-mail them.

I have a USB Bluetooth dongle for my PC. I control Winamp MP3 player using my Ericsson phone via Bluetooth.
For my laptop dial-up with mobile phone, I use serial cable and IrDA connection more than Bluetooth connection.

Bluetooth is sooo much better than IR. IR just sucks. IR has about 1 meter range and need free line of sight. With Bluetooth I can connect to my phone for syncing calender, connecting to the internet even if I still have my phone in my pants or in a bag.

Have you ever tried connecting to the internet through IR (with a laptop or a PDA) then you know what a pain in the ass IR is. With bluetooth all thoose problems are gone.

I have Bluetooth turned on all the time on my phone, and it draws very little power (standby time goes down from 280h to about 220h accordning to the status menu) but with IR enabled standby time goes down from 280h to about 70h.

Another thing is the great PCControl program which is an added bonus. Only works with SonyEricsson phones though (which just proves how much more flexible SonyEricsson mobile phone software is when you compare it to other phones). I have my computer and my TV in seperate rooms, when watching divx-movies on the TV (from the computer), I can control my computer with my T68. It allows you to move the mouse pointer with the joystick and you can start programs, select another movies file, add subtitles etc.

It's also great for controling a presentation like Powerpoint, or when you have a party and want to look at all thoose DigCam pictures I've stored on the computer. Then I just show the pictures on the TV and use my phone to show the next picture previous picture etc.

My phone can connect to my computer with bluetooth everywhere in my apartment (even on the balcony). IR is just pure crap when you have used both of them.

The wireless headsets are nice aswell, but I don't have that, at least not yet
But I would love to have the SonyEricsson bluetooth car handsfree. That would be great.. To be able to just get in the car without having to put your phone in a handsfree holder. Just leave the phone in the pocket and it has hooked up to the car handsfree.

Well, once you have used and discovered the power of bluetooth you will never want to go back to using crappy IR.

Ok, IR can be good enough when you just want to transfer a business card or something like that. But bluetooth is much better for everything else.

I will not buy a new mobile phone which doesn't have bluetooth

i use bluetooth, i have friends i goto school with that have the exact same phone as me, the T68i, well during tests our teacher lets us do anything as long as we dont talk or make a sound. So i signal my friend across the room to switch on his bluetooth, we play several games of Naval Fleet on our T68i via bluetooth, its so fun!

I used to use Bluetooth a lot for synching but now when I have the awesome cradle for the P800 I only use Bluetooth for my Bluespoon headset. The P800 cradle is really awesome.
