rules have been the same in the
18 months I have been involved in the competition.
Also the prize of winning has been picking the new theme, not to change the rules!
I believe it would be a shame to rule out peoples' entries based on edited or unedited. I make adjustments even to photos taken with my $3000 SLR!

somebody explain me number (5) and (6).
from my understanding, only PhotoDJ allowed? (but I think PhotoDJ is also considered as picture editor)
why dont TS just mention only original pics allowed? it's easier to understand..

You can edit your pics, boy ice is a new member and maybe he doesn't know ,that he as a winner he can only choose the theme of the competition and not change the rules...The rules are the same in the last 2 years.
