Well actually I remember about a year or so ago, Trev was in some kind of trouble where he was going to go to prison or something. Not sure if it turned out that way but he was in trouble for sure. Anyone else remember that? I think the police might just be interested.

Yes, I also remember, he feared he might have to go to prison, but was lucky and didn't have to, afaik.

@MWEB:
This is what MikLSP posted in the A-Z thread :

Negativeive for Trev1982

While our trade initially went well Trevor told me before the items arrived that he'd forgotten to include the PSP battery and he'd send it out the next Monday. I had no problems with this but once Trev received the phone I was trading, all communications have stopped and he has ignored at least 15 PM's regarding the battery. Luckily it's only a minor item but this lack of comms and avoidance of the situation is enough to warrant a -ve as this would be a nightmare to deal with if it involved something valuable and I'm also aware of mutleyboy's unfortunate experience

The prison thing was due to an employee he worked with in a bar accused him of stealing money. There was an investigation and he was cleared. If I remember right the person who accused him was actually the one stealing.
If I remember right. He then moved to london ??? for a while. Last contact I had with him was in the summer. He'd been in hospital due to a customer attacking him and someone else he works with.

I was wondering when MWEB was going to pipe up, still sore about the supposed (non) deal he had with alexslane i guess, the difference in this case is a deal had actually been agreed and one party has already sent the goods. Not an offer being made and mistakenly assuming a deal is agreed before hearing back from the other party involved.

**EDIT** Obviously MWEB is still sore after noticing some of his twitter posts about this thread and myself, tempted to reimburse me just to shut me up, now that is funny what with his views on twitter about rights of free speech etc, is that a pot or a kettle i can see

I dont see anywhere where I have made any threats or neanderthal type comments towards trev, all I have stated is that I shall be taking a trip up to grimsby to recover what is rightfully mine, now if saying you are going to visit somewhere is considered a threat these days then I must live in a different world

no point doing any violence. best thing is to let the Police know. Let them act up on this. Last thing you want is for you to be on the wrong side of the law because of this person.

im not looking to partake in any violent conduct, im not silly and know that if I did that then despite trev being the one who had scammed me I would be the one who would end up in trouble with the law, so no violence, just will be going to collect my phone and request the cost of travel there and back. And if the money is not available I will accept other goods of what I consider to be of comparable value
