Metal beast? How heavy is it? I rather walk with my phone in my pocket than spend my time in gym building my strenght to can carry pixon.
Incredible camera? Display? Proc? Battery? divx/Xvid?
Satio has it all man!
My battery lasts for 3 days. It's enough for phone that has OPERATIONAL SYSTEM !!!

Can i make the point that both phones are quite pointless? They are completely based around the camera, but you can get a cheap DSLR (eg; Nikon D40) for half the price, which would totally crush the picture quality of both these phones in all environments. How are you meant to get a good picture at night time with a tiny sensor crammed with 12 MP?
