I want to
asked CPW if they'd do a trade in on my X6 and they said they'd give me £90 for it
looks like im gunna have to save up and think about it after September,
the X6 is alrite like but the OS is just so Old dated Nokia need to re-invent themselves do a Android
beater or something cos it's the same System in all the N Series, so OLD ...

I wish I had waited and i wish my Tocca Ultra had just failed now not a few months ago

Know what you mean, will wait till all the hysteria for the new iphone has subsided.... maybe wait to see what the N8 is like, compare the 2 and go from there. Have to say, don't find the X6 as well supported as my trusty old 5800XM. Not as much on OVI for the X6 as the 5800, yet to all intents and purpose, it is the same device, with some improvements. Don't get Nokia sometimes!

Yeah im gunna pay of a few things ive just gone and bought a PC,
from work after my taste of Windows 7 earlier this year ive been pineing for it

once ive paid everything of now I might get a iPhone or something high standard,
the X6 is ok but the OS is just so old and boring anxious to see what they have done to the N8 anyway

Couldnt agree more Miss_UK and JohnM
After nearly 7months with my 5800xm, although happy that its stable and very productive im REALLY bored of the UI and lack of interesting apps, awful 3rd party web browsers and stale UI. My upgrade is in 2wks and im taking the big X10. I was going to wait for N8 but i dont see much happening that side really, as Symbain^3 is still basically S60v5 with some upgrades here and there, i think it would be best to get a Android device now, skip S^3 and get a good Symbian^4 device in 18months time. There's no doubt the N8 will be a hit, but if you want lots of fun apps and games i think Android or iPhone4 is the best bet at the moment.

lol how many more agree

it's so dissapointing that Nokia haven't got with the latest tech I know there
trying to keep costs down and such but if they don't get there arses into gear
they will be falling down the Mobile ladder

HTC and other companies are doing well with Android systems,
and now that pesky little Apple is back well

I wish Vodafone would hurry up and approve the update for the X6,
ive noticed that everytime I turn the phone on somehow and muck thru setting the Vodafone
Apps has always got a Star by it saying it's open, ive deleted The RSS feeds but it still remains the same

I'm surprised Nokia have stuck so rigidly in recent months with symbian, and not dabbled with Android OS like alot of the other big players.

oh God! please! no more android! it's the lazy man's way out. the only thing that the manufacturers would do is slap a custom UI on it and that's it! it's winmo once again.

kudos to nokia for sticking to their guns. also, big ups for palm and RIM.
