I don't think, SE lost the plot with this phone, it looks great and, as Android is hot, people might be very interested in an Android device with a reasonable price.
Don't forget, cameras and megapixels aren't that hot anymore, it's now all about apps.
Might try one of these
, still have some doubts though, not about the OS, I like Android, just don't like "big brother" Google watching me.

f**k this, now the "xperia" feel is gone, once i could say xperia and everyone knew i had an highend expensive phone, now there are crappy xperia phones that will be sold to the masses.
they could name them something else that stod for value/cheap android phones. and let the xperia stand for the best that SE got.

IMHO this is going to be the new cheap phone for kids, the one you can get for £50 or on a £10 a month contract. Just you wait for a few months after release.

There is nothing wrong though with making Android affordable to the masses with a cheaper option which may do
some good profits wise. I am sure they will still make the high end models. I don't mind the 3 meg camera just they could have at least put an led flash on it
