I really don't get it when people hate Apple/Apple products. As long as they keep on coming up with great devices...I don't care what they're doing in the backroom.

I think that's a question you should be asking Samsung. Why they continue to get their ass kicked by Apple in court, yet are willing to bend over backwards to provide them with iDevice hardware? I know Samsung makes a lot of money like this, but considering Apple has literally been shitting on Samsung's face, Samsung needs to have a bit of self respect and start playing hardball. I know it wont happen because if there's one thing Samsung doesn't have, it's self respect.

Its business, its got nothing to do with self respect.
If you've paid close attention to all the litigation and market you'll find that the lawsuits have actually done more good for Samsung than Apple.
They have shon quite a bright light on Samsung's products and have worked as free advertising for them, and the funny part is that for every ban there has been a work around which has made the ban basically pointless, the latest being the Android4.1 update which will have the Galaxy Nexus back in stores next week.
the consumer wins.
