A very interesting read indeed. It seems Qualcomm has come very far from the 810 debacle.
Samsung needs to really make up their mind, a completely agree with him. I hate this dual-SoC strategy of theirs, they need to start focusing on the Exynos, IMO, as in the long run Vertical Integration will take them further.
HOWEVER I do believe part of the reason they do Snapdragon in the USA has something to do with some legal workings, this may be the same reason why Huawei are being blocked in the USA, as they use their own Kirin chips in majority of their devices now and it seems the USA is not happy with that.

That being said is Snapdragon is better (and based on this article is significantly better ) then as a consumer I would prefer it to Exynos
Poor Huawei is also not linked in US because of the spying concerns so even if they were to sell there they would not be too popular
