I am also interested in a Piel Frama case, but just wondering how much bulk it adds to the phone.

Looks good. I've been looking for a Horizontal case (which still requires you to take out the phone to use -- to preserve the beauty of our P800's and NOT hide it!

) for a long time now.
Currently I'm using a NITEIZE heavy duty case. Very heavy duty and protecting albeit a little bulky. Still, I can hang it or stand it up anytime, anywhere! See it at
www.niteize.com.

thanks andypennel for posting the pics! can you tell me: is the leather/structure of the case soft or hard? does it add bulk? is the snap magnetic or do you have to use "force" to close it? does the cutout on the bottom allow you to attach power cord or other stuff easily? did you have to buy it in the kit or did you get it by itself? many thanks in advance for your answers....

So many questions! The leather is pretty hard, and it does add bulk (my only real complaint). The snap looks like it clicks, but it seems to be magnetic: it is very easy to click shut. I havent tried the cutout but it looks like it should take a power and sync cable. There is a hole on the bottom not seen in the pictures that lets you plug in headphones. It got it from the SE site, separately from my phone. It took 3 weeks longer than the phone (WTF?).
The case also protects the phone if it falls off your belt. Err like it has a couple of times: my bad.

thanks andy for the answers. I've ordered a very similar looking case from a website in Scotland for about $16 USD. I'll post pics of it when I get it and we'll compare notes.

I have bought both the KRUSSELL case and the PIEL FRAMA case.
The Piel Frama is beautiful, well made, lovely addition to my p800. Two problems, when using the phone in the case the leather flap which covers the front of the p800 dangles loose down to your chin. It also really does add a little too much bulk. I hate hanging phones from my belt. I prefer to put them in my pocket and it really does make your pocket bulge that bit too much.
The Krussell acts like a second skin for the p800. I think this is the one I will use, it protects the phone (but not the lens). It covers the front of the phone with plastic so you can still make and receive calls without a flap dangling!
The piel frama is lovely though and definately offers more protection!
