i respect nokia while i don't like their phones
cuz it doesn't offer much option as i want.
and the only thing which i can see now
that nokia is better than SE is the phonebook , but not that much,
and speed..
but with the new system of sms on t610 which allows you
to recieve all kinds of messages of any mobile , thats superb
also not to forget the mms , its top of the line
the mms system on nokia , realllllllllllllly bad and sucks big time.
and no one of nokia users liked it...
after all, i like SE more , cuz they offer me more things
in better way

T610 can be detect as a removable drive
that what I saw in their intro page. I will try it out once I get my PC back. But I doubt 7250i....unless they manage to fix the problem in 7250 as some local review in Malaysia found their PC suite cannot communicate nicely with the phone.
T610 have mophun which can be load faster compare to java. of course T610 still lack of the java app compare to most Nokia phone (hope this will not happen later).
anyway both are good phone with minor bug or shortcoming on some of their features.
but from the way they push 7250i out, it is easy to make me guess Nokia really feel T610 is a HUGE threat to their colour phone portfolio especially now they have keep on putting new release their colour phone/high end model are not selling as good as they predict.
Lets hope SE will suprise them with something they can't imagine

technically both camera phones take pic at 352 X 288 pixels which looks awful when enlarged on PC screens and becus 7250'/7250i spots a 4096 screen they look like a mash of blur images. SE T610 has a 65k screen which really makes the difference by makin those 352X288 pics look great. otherwise they are the same

ok, well. lets just say that nokia currently has the advantage over sonyericsson, with their mass-marketing strategy and flooding of the market. but since sonyericsson is just a budding company, give it some time, let the two different companies (sony and ericsson) settle down and maybe one day, they will catch up, and maybe even overtake.
so we can only wait and see. in the meantime, go where your heart follows...=)
P.S. please note that this is an Ericsson forum. if u are here to break the heart of all these SonyEricsson fans here by saying tt SonyEricsson sucks or stating useless stats about the known fact that Nokia currently 'owns' the market, pls get out. we dun need u. go to a nokia forum and post all u want. If SonyEricsson really sucks, so what? We like it, and that is none of you Nokia fans' business. And if SonyEricsson sucks, these SonyEricsson Fan's here would have switched to other brands without you telling us. so shdp and go away.

to say that anyone who has something negative to say about se should go away is very naive.
if evryone praised them then nothing would change no new developments as they would belive they had the perfect phone
so we should be able to debate in a reasonable and sensible way good and bad about se nokia and anyother matters if you dont like it then you should find another site

slattery69...you are absolutely correct. I just want to add one point. Try not to bash Nokia with just because we hate it and bash SE on their phone just because it lack something you want. Because it is hard to cramp in everything into a small phone. Unless you don't mind everyphone look like P800
Anyway I will be very eager to read both company's quarter report in July since it will definitely show the result of 7250 vs T610
