I already told you earlier in this this thread that if you buy from UK you will not pay VAT because the phone is being shipped to outside the EC. You will only get hit (maybe) on the way into Oz.

Has anyone ordered from that place? £150 seems a little cheap

Well heres a post here:

Basicly guys there emailed that place and confirmed the price... it is actually £135 but u gotta buy 10 quid airtime so it comes to £145.
Even I was shocked at the price I had to ask the guy again if it really was under £150!
Whats the difference anyhow sim free and orange? I assume u just get the Orange logo and maybe bit of extra rubbish?
Anyhow I dont fancy spending £200-£300 for a sim free model..

I don't know, I'd usually expect a company to knock a lot of money off to brand their phones. We're trying to buy a phone here, not a network.
Wouldn't have a phone with an Orange sticker on if you paid me - it totally ruins the phone.
I'm worried about the trend towards branding - there really is no need. What with Orange always doing it, Voda are starting with Live! and even o2 feel the need to get involved with Active...where will it all end?

@kutchi, been hunting this phone down since months before. I finally talked to a shop at GH (2nd floor of Theater Mall) to txt me when the phone was available. It was a very limited supply and the ones that were on display were sold.
As for the where's and what's here is what I saw on the back:
R2D R7A
03W21
R1A081
MS: R7A
TAE: R7A
If someone can tell me what this all means that will be great

All I know is that I've been reading the board and this unit does not seem to have the 'hiss'. Also got information that the T610 will be comming 3rd week of June so it wont be a long wait.

Can anyone lettme know why everyones going after expensive £300+ sim free models when u can pick it up via Orange or O2 for like £145-£230 ?
Surely u can just unlock it and choose which ever network u want... Orange themselves unlock it for 20 quid:)
