that pic was discussed in howardforums.com/nokia thread almost 2 weeks ago. the guy who took it said he used a 7250 and was in libis at that time. the 2 babes were horrified when they saw the pic afterwards he said.

You can also get this effect without Photoshop, just set a long exposure-time on your camera (say 10 seconds). The person/thing that needs to be a ghost has to be removed after about 5 seconds after you press the shutter button (so you get a 50% visibility).
It can only be done in low light conditions (like this photo), so I think they used this trick...
