Dunno if this will help, but here are the Vodafone instructions, Obviously insert your ISP details instead of vodafone details.

I assume that you are trying to use the
mail client on the phone, if so this can only be set up using a GPRS connection, I have identified that youre Service Provider is Vodafone Retail, you will need to contact
them on 08701654321 and ask for the GPRS Internet APN to be provisioned on your
account. Once the account has been activated please follow the setup guide below

Setting up email on the T68

Menu functions on the T68i may vary slightly

This guide will go through where you will need to input your ISP details in to the T68. After every option you will need to press yes to continue and no if you need to go back to the previous option. There are two sections on the T68 that you will need
to input your settings:

For the T39/T65 Data comm is found in the settings menu

GPRS CONNECTION
Click the blue joystick button to display the menu.
Use the joystick button to move through the menu
and select Connect by pressing the joystick button (represented by two arrows).
Scroll down to Data comm. and press the joystick button to select.
Select Data accounts, followed by Add account?
Under Account Type, highlight GPRS data
Enter Name for New account Name: E-Mail
Enter the following information, then press Save:
APN: internet
User ID: web
Password: web

E-Mail Settings
Back at the menu screen, select the Messages option and then scroll down
and select Options and then Email.
From there select Edit Account and Add new account and then you can start inputting
the rest of your ISP settings starting with:
Connect Via Then select E-Mail
POP3 server (enter pop address)pop.vizzavi.net
POP3 Port (no need to alter unless ISP settings state otherwise)
Mailbox (username)Your Vizzavi username
Password Your Vizzavi password
SMTP Server smtp.vizzavi.co.uk
SMTP Port (leave blank unless ISP settings state otherwise).
Email address.
The remaining four options you should not need to change from their press the no
button twice and select Set Account and select the account you have just made. Press
no again three times and select email where you can either compose a new email and
send it or click on the send receive option to receive the headers of any emails in
your inbox from which you can download the message body.

This worked for me, Hope it helps
