I had this with the old version (version 3) but after I updated it to the newest version everything worked fine.

So how big are the friends episodes in 3gp? i have friends episode as mp4s at the moment around 14Mb i want to compare file sizes between the two variations of formats.

About a 60 mb episode in avi comes down to about 15 mb in 3gp, and its in 320 x 240 or something like that so plays gr8 on the phone on widescreen

Cool. Bit disapointed i remeber some one telling me you could easily get a 5Mb MP4 down to 400KB easy in .3gp with out loss of quality.
I assume that 3GP is better at compression then standard MP4 so its worth it.

goto apple.com and get the 3gpp plugin. then after u install when u goto export theres 3gp option but the qualoty is crap and new trial pvauthor is better. does ne1 know how to prevent lip sync problems? i can encode short vids fine but full length films have a slight lip sync problem with the new pv author. thx
