I sync my phone with outlook anyway, since I need contact information (e-mail&GSM) both on my pc and on the phone.
So...
YES, for people who don't use PIMs and have a "scheduled" life, there would be need for a java app,
BUT if you need to have your information both on the computer and in the phone, then this java app is not needed.
I see your point, why can't you see mine?
