Does this R3C completely solved the bluetooth crackle problem when using bluetooth headset and the headset doesn't always pick up received calls with R1L firmware..........has these been solved ? Also, has the earpiece volume during conversion been increased ??? I think the earpiece volume with R1L is a bit low . Thanks !

Hi,
First of all, this is my first post, so hello everybody.
I have the same problem when trying to upgrade the firmware, they ask for money, unless there is a problem with the phone. So can someone please tell me what bugs have been fixed in r3c compared to r1l (bugs, not enhancements). I read something about a problem with numbers ending wit 00/000. Can someone elaborate?
Thanks

I would recommend a browse through the thread regarding R3B011 as R3C is really just a small fix on that one.

Big performance increase in Java performance for a start but you'll find more stuff in there

A sum up of confirmed changes in R3C (from R1L) so far...

~30% JAVA speed improvement (JBenchmark test)
New menu in "Send Message" called "Contacts", saves you one click when sending messages
When you play recorded conversations, they now play over the loudspeaker (better quality playback then before (the mms method))
Pictures taken with the camera appear to take up less memory! (avrg 14kb-19kb for large size photo)
Pictures taken with the camera appear to be clearer (might have to play around with shutter speed)
When choosing word alternative in T9 while replying to message, pressing the joystick in will no longer send the message, but accept the word. (Finally!) While not in T9 word selection, joystick in will send the message.
When previewing ringtones from "My sounds" they start at maximum volume
If vibration is turned on, the phone will now vibrate on calendar/timer

things that didn't change...
Bloated file system. If you move a camera pic (15kb) to PC, and then back again, it will take up (as before) 50+kb
Electronic ring + ascending ringtone is still there...
Even though the phone vibrates on calendar/timer, it doesn't vibrate nearly enough...
