no prob but when we suggest threads to read and even give you a link to them you should take the time to read them.
Addlestone is probably the closest
service centre to guildford, its only just the other side of the M25 and according to my microsoft autoroute about 21 mins to drive assuming you have access to a car.
Call
tomorrow and they will confirm if there is a closer one. Some Carphone warehouses also do upgrades if you can ever get through to them on the telephone to ask where the nearest one that does this is.

autoroute is pretty good but I just use it to get an idea of where places are and what sort of time it will take to get between the places.
I actually use the
Garmin Street Pilot III for in car navigation in Europe and Australia and definitly recommend that.
