A button just like minimize is added, it is a 'info' button, when u press it, it pops up the status bar, click on an icon in status bar and then back on the skin it goes back to the skin! On every page!
Where to put the time ???????????????????????????????????????

How an alternative mode, where when you press the info button the bar pops up, and then to have to press the info button AGAIN in order to have it disappeared?
(This implies that I would prefer to operate the skin having the bar always visible...)

I think the time would look good in the top left on the blue bar, with the date in the bottom right of the main pane.

I have to disagree with the two previous posters. One of the strong points of the skin is that it shows the label of the icon that is highlighted, and this feature imo shouldnt be comprimised...
Date and Time just above the page icons in small fonts would be cool (in every page)
