i have just foned OSPS and they have told me the P900 will arrive in a weeks time, wat is goign on???????

Have just spoke to OSPS yet again and asked to speak to a supervisor(in sheer desperation of getting my P900), was very kindly passed through to a young gentleman by the name of Stuart.
Looks like OSPS have been telling little white lies, Stuart has advised me that they did receive some stock in yesterday, however all have been dispatched so yet again they are now out of stock. I also touched on the information that i had been told about OSPS testing the phones and that they had enough in to clear all orders. Stuart advised that the person i spoke to prior had given me false information and will report him to his Manager(poor chap), should'nt be leading us lot up the garden path anyway!.
With regards to back ordered stock, they currently have 200+ awaiting dispatch. He also advised that they will be receiving an order soon, the only indication he gave was "that we are looking at delivery early next week and that they were receiving enough stock to clear the back ordered". Where have we heard that before?
So yet again, back to square one. Your guess is as good as mine when we will receive our P900's.

Someone else phone them now and see what yarn they spin you!!!

@superslicknic - I take it they said that your order would not be fulfilled with the stock they received yesterday? (so it's orders placed prior to the 11th of november?)

I think this lot make up different excuses every day.
On four occasions I have received different stories from their bullsh*t consultants.
First occasion when I purchased the phone, I was told I would get it in two days so I took a day off work as they had promised.
On delivery day, no phone, so I phoned them to find out what was going on.They were getting stock in the next day so I should have it by Tuesday.After cooling down I phoned back asking to speak to a supervisor and was put through to another muppet on the phone.This time they werent getting them in until the end of the week.
Out of curioussity I phoned them up on the same evening this time pretending to be a new customer and surprise surprise , they had them in stock,lying f***ers.
Since then have phoned twice including today and there last customer bu**shit consultant said they were getting them in tomorrow so I should have it by Friday.
I need this phone for work as I have cancelled my other phone whose contract runs out soon.
I have also sent an email to their head of customer relations but six days later I have had no reply to he is probably a bigger tosser than the rest of his employees.
I dont mind them saying they are waiting for the phones but I cannot stand liars especially when this could affect my business

These guys sound like they dont deserve your business. They're obviously bad news. Cancel your order(s).
