ITS WAS MEEEEEE!! he he not all finns. maybe swinglish just sounds better then finglish. AND TO YOU ALL WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH, did you know that english is a mix of swedish and french, jepp its true, vikings and english people speaked the same language, but with some dialect, like some one from london speaking with a person from ireland, just old words is intact like

knife=kniv
no/nej=nej
stone=sten
sword=svärd
dead=död

and a lot more, but new words like fork is totaly difrent because of french

Yes english is a composite language. It has roots on norse, french, german, celtic and numerous other languages.

All the Europeen languages comes from a indo lingo. Exsept Geelick and Basisk spoken in spain and parts of scotland/irland. Back in wel long time ago. The vikings used to be hittmen for the romans and then the lingo was still so much a like they coud be understood.

Finns and Swedes in my experience are about the same level of English - pretty good by international comparison. Danes are better than either, Norwegians a little worse (just a bit "heavier" accent)

funny i alaways felt like the danish ones was the worst one. And our heavy acsent makes us sound irish. Sevral people i meet in the world has taken me for beeing irish.

funny thing is that swedish is closer to persian then finnish, just like german and many other language. and still english is closer to swedish then german,
