I have two casing, would the warranty provider know that I am changing the casing on my own..? how would they know? hehe funny question but hey tao lang.

I just got a T610 off ebay, its unlocked but with Tmobile branding (the physical branding i removed, but its still scarred with Tmo software...)
my keys are definitely white.

I mean, can I change the casing by myself without fear to lose my warranty from the shop I bought it?

unfortunately that is incorrect. Since the housing is not designed to be changed by the user, opening the housing and replacing it will, in theory, lose your warranty. However I guess if you have a warranty issue you could always put the original housing back on the phone and hope they don't detect this.
