This is a simulation of the phones range. Z1010 can send for exampel mesages to the t610 on 100m range. but t610 can only send to z1010 on 10m range.

you mention the word 'candy bar' while you talk about 6230? I would rather correct it to 'boring candy bar', because it has got to be another model of Nokia's ''DDD series'' (Dark, Dull, Dreadfull), which they have successfully keeping active by releasing uglier and uglier mobiles for the past few years...


PS. Nokia's 'stylish' and 'cool' touches on its mobiles ceased after 8890... Their last slick mobile!

BT v.1.2 is backwards compatible so 1.1 devices are ok..
benefits include:
auto freq.hopping(for better conectivity..)
better audio,with voice enhancement feature.
quicker pairing..
