I have used Divx 5.1.1 Pro codec to encode a movie with AAC sound then put this in a mp4 container (file).The file will play fine in the camcorder prog (of course without sound).Anyone knows a free AMR codec or encoder? Of course i can use pvauthor , but just a curiosity i want to make a mp4 file with only free tools.

Do you mean the camcorder prog can play a movie with AMR sound?
Don't know if there has been talked about this, but I think the camcorder plays movies a lot better (quality I mean) than the normal player.
