can we also use csd settings if we want to access other blocked sites?

Okaaaay. You guys have posted tons of possible answers here for the main question, but i still dont quite follow. So here's the question again, what are the settings so I can browse wap sites aside from that prescribed by globe, which is somewhat limited? i tried the CSD settings only to realize at the bottom of the message that its applicable to prepaid only. didnt work with mine.
I'm using t-610 on globe plan. so... anyone?

those CSD settings applies to both post- and pre-paid accounts.

since your on globe postpaid, you can use the paid apn: internet.globe.com.ph to browse all wapsites
