well here in montreal, it's a resort!!
the leader of the hell's angels is in jail, and he bought a wing of the jail for himself
he is in jail, but he has the right to get visits, he has satellite TV, his damn motrcycle in there...
I think he bought the west wing...
call that a prison? he has a whole WING to himself..

That is extremely fishy about the insurance, why stop one insurance whilst negotiating, that's like throwing away your present phone battery because your thinking of getting a new one, it simply doesn't happen, he is liable and you should mention this to the police, I have a feeling he has to be insured otherwise it is illegal for him to run the business. Go to the police and report the whole thing, I know it's been reported already but yours is a seperate crime, what if something had happened to you personally, and he wasn't insured ?
