Well they look the same, but are completely different. The Z700 is rounder, has a 256 screen, IRDA, Bluetooth, Java, etc. And the Z7 doesn't.

I think SE would make a Z700 but not at least for another 6 months, and it would be more similar to the Z600 in the form of a traditional Clam Shell
Whats the point of a flip that does nothing?
